Website Owner, The Offering, and Binding of Terms

This website is owned and operated by MV Services. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors clothing and merchandise. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who can use your website; what are the requirements to create an account

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Key commercial Terms offered to customers

When purchasing from the website, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

The fee for the product in connection with your use of the service, will be charged immediately after the checkout process using your chosen payment method.

Returns and Refunds

When buying an item from Magic Voices Merch you agree that you take sole responsibility in choosing the correct size for you.

You agree that the size charts provided are only a guide and that you are responsible for judging what size is best for you.

MV Store/ MV Services takes no responsibility for the customer buying/choosing an incorrect size.

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged and proof will need to be provided.

We cannot refund if your item is too small or too large or if you have mistakenly chosen the wrong size at checkout.

You agree that these are personalised and made to order garments and therefor we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind.

When buying from the Concert Ticket page you understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable unless the concert you have bought tickets for is cancelled or rescheduled.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We may, without prior notice, retract the option and/or use of selected seats at our concerts for any reason, or for no reason. We may do this even after you have bought specific seats. When you select specific seats you understand and agree that removing seat selection doesn't effect the value of your ticket and therefore does not warrant a refund if the option was later retracted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Magic Voices Merch harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including solicitor fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Independence of Magic Voices Merch and Magic Voices Ltd

MV Store / MV Services provides clothing, merchandise and concert tickets for members of Magic Voices Ltd. MV Store is independent from Magic Voices Ltd and therefore all communication regarding clothing and merchandise should be sent through the chat option on the MV Store website.

Right to change and modify Terms

MV Store/ MV Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

DELIVERY

Orders are collection only.

When all orders are received from your choir, they will then get printed and sent collectively to either your choir director or their helper for you to collect at one of your sessions.

Please allow time for processing, printing and shipping, this could take a few months.

Orders cannot get sent individually or to your home address as we have to place orders in bulk.
